Can I Run Windows 7/10 on a server?

Hi, I am thinking of purchasing the : HP DL360 G5, 2X Quad , 32Gb RAM For CA$300.00

I want to run Windows 7 or ten on it, so I can use it to stream (using a capture card through OBS to twitch).  Is it possible and or ideal to do this?  I am new to servers and would appreciate any feedback, tips and suggestions.  If anyone has a cheaper solution I will consider it, because money is a concern of mine.  Thanks, Clean

It should be no problem as long as you have windows 7/10 drivers for you're hardware. Most servers have terrible graphics cards though, and usually a server BIOS will not support external frame-buffers. That all depends on the server though.

It SHOULD work fine. But why not just buy a regular desktop or laptop?

A Lot cheaper, with a better CPU (cores) and ram
