Having problems with CS:Go

Until now the game worked fine but my last game was almost impossible to play every 5-10 it laggs as if my ping is 1000 but it's normal (50) and my fps is 150 the game just stops and screens kinda shakes and then it continues to work normaly. It is very disturbing. Did anyone had any similar problems and do you know a way to fix it?

I have Pentium G3260, Gigabyte Radeon R7 360 OC, Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8GB i'll record and then post it

Restart PC and try again? Update drivers as well

Everything is up to date. I found what was the problem my ping was high because my sister was downloading something on laptop but game just didn't show the drastic changes in ping don't know why
