I have a GTX 660 and it's certainly not maxed out or anything, but textures are at highest and most settings are pretty high with FXAA, and it definitely gets 60+ all the time.  I think it's one of those games that's mostly really efficient but the more you crank it up, it suddenly starts getting much more demanding for not that much visual change.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

GTX 970 or R9 380 should keep close to 60 fps in most situations

This should just be what you need. Both cards have their pros and cons along with each card's ecosystem and the fanboys and haters which come with them. However, if you're willing to wait a few months, the new chip generations are coming out. Along with that, card prices should drop (or not).
