LIGHTWEIGHT Shaders for Minecraft

I want shaders but my computer chokes on almost every shader. Vanilla Minecraft is 400+ fps because minecraft is CPU bound, but any gpu work and my computer just chokes.

 

Specs:

 

Intel Core i7 4700MQ @3.1GHz

Intel HD Graphics 4600

8 GB of DDR3 -1600 RAM

Let me look at my stash to see what I have from when I was using the iGPU on my Pentium.

 

This may take a bit since I have at least 20 shaders...

 

EDIT: Here's my list of possibilities (may want to limit to 30FPS, and it's not like you need 60 for Minecraft anyways, also maybe some of the settings):

I would LOVE to recomment Sildurs Vibrant Shaders 1.053 Extreme (Beta), but that hurts my rig with a 7950...
