Speaker Help?!?!?!?!

So I do alot of sound for videos and I ditched a corsair something speaker and I am temporarily using a Bluetooth speaker (HARMAN KARDON SOMETHING) and in the sound settings it is set as earphones and they sound like crap! The configure tab is gray so I cant click on it. How can I change it to speakers?

so a computer you built yourself?

if so, download RealTek Audio Manager or something like that, can't remember the name and use that
