Double Speed with Two connections

Can i get extra speed, if i connect two lines of cable to same PC from same Router..??

No, unless both sides of the connection have their NICs teamed.

Short answer... no

 

Based on your "What's a NIC" I'd say this is probably outside your knowledge level. I think what you're asking about is Link Aggregation. Read up on it. You'll find that in most cases it much more trouble than it's worth.
