What ever speed your particular chip will go to and be stable given your cooling environment and the silicon lottery.

You have to test it yourself.  I'd aim for 4.5-4.7Ghz as a good overclock.

You can't just pick a speed and dial it in. It's a trial and error process to find what speeds at what voltages your hardware can handle. We can't tell you how well your hardware overclocks because we don't have your hardware.

4300 Core, 4200 cache, 1.296v (post LLC) is a good target. Because that's what I could get out of my chip.
