GPU turns off after sleep

Hi, When I first got my pc, it was crashing and freezing but after updating the drivers it mostly stopped happening.

but what I'm getting frequently is that one GPU doesn't start back up again after going to sleep.

 

please excuse me if I sound ignorant or unable to translate the issue correctly but I am not really good at troubleshooting (or thinking).

I'll be providing further information when requested.
