When router and pc are away one from another and you want wired connection via ethernet you extend the ethernet cable or the phone cable and you transfer also the router near pc?

Extend the Ethernet cable- it's much easier. You can always use a powerline adapter if running cables is inconvenient.

Ethernet. Powerline is inconsistent in that it fully depends on the wiring of your house.
