Accelero s3 gtx 960

do you think that there is any chance at all that an accelero s3 cut down to this size would be able to cool a 120w gtx 960? The bottom plate is cut down too but only about an inch or 2

No, as far as i know they are fully intact. Im not sure what you mean by the bottom because there are no heat pipes in the bottom one, but the heatsink shown in the picture is completely intact heatpipe wise.

Ok, well if the heat pipes are still sealed off then it's usable. Back to your original question, I'm not too sure if that will cool a GTX 960. Is there a way where you could try it and see the results?

Possibly... I wouldent but it if i knew for a fact it wouldnt work
