HUGE PROBLEM!! HELP NOW

Im trying to solve an error with ubuntu installion and i click on a usb drive setting that i think may help and my motherboard no longer accepts my keyboard or mouse. I believe the setting i enabled was something that said " enable if your os is an os that doesnt recognize usb boot " or something to that effect. Can someone help?
