Arma 3 Steam Launch

Hello was just wondering if anyone could help me set up Arma 3 custom launch options in steam, Looked on youtube for a video to help me but they were all Intel focused, If anyone could help me with the setting's it would much appreciated, My PC specs are AMD FX6300, Corsair 16gb ddr3 1600mhz, 1TB hard drive, 120gb SSD, EVGA GTX970, Do not understand how many actual cores my cpu has.

Custom launch options for what? Mods?  Why are you trying to set that? 

CPU - Intel i5-6600k - Mobo - MSI Z170A M3 Gaming - RAM - 16GB G.SKILL DDR4 2133 -  GPU - MSI R9 380 4GB    

CASE - Corsair Cube 540  CPU COOLER - Hyper 212 EVO - PSU - EVGA 1050w
