PH-TC14CS CPU COOLER with a PH-F120SP LED CASE FAN

If i used a Phantek PH-TC14CS CPU COOLER with a single Phantek PH-F120SP LED CASE FAN underneath it, it would look freaking baller.  Would it still work or even attach correctly?  Ive heard CPU's dont get that hot in gaming and that its GPU's u have to worry about so I figured id ask if this is possible
