WIndows Usb Installer Syslinuix? Please!

So I downloaded A windows 7 iso,did what i usually, do extract it with universal usb installer.  Usually when i boot from it it just does the usuall setup but this is saying:

 

SysLinuix 4.07 edd 2013-07-25 copyright 1994-2013 H. Peter Anvin et al

 

 

Please Please help, This pc has never had linuix and I don't know what to do.

 No, I am extracting the iso again and have formatted it. But that's exactly what it said

 No, It has Info that needs to be kept. See, It alredy has windows But a file is missing, or something is wrong therefore preventing it from booting

Save the info onto another PC or external hard drive then format the hdd then do a windows install like normal
