Help! Slow internet connection

I'm in University and I live in hostel. There are two routers from different ISP's and both connections are fast enough but there are many users connected to either of those routers and as a result it sometime even becomes hard to connect to anyone of them, let alone enjoying fast internet..Can you guys please help me out.? Is there any way to improve the speed?

Nope nothing can help unless you plug it in or get closer to the access point.
