Mkay, so basically I have got everything that I need, but I need help to check the compatibility with all of the systems, eg if the CPU can even be put into the motherboard. So yea. Here are the links.

RAM : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006WAGGUK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_5&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

GPU : http://www.newegg.com/global/nz/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500349

Motherboard : https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/Asus-H110M-A-Motherboard/24106094

Case : https://www.mightyape.co.nz/product/Deepcool-Tesseract-Mid-Tower-Case/24164486

I don't really want to edit the parts too too much but obviously if parts are incompatible I will have to switch. Thank you in advance for any help :)

I'd recommend waiting for AMD Zen (Provided it's somewhat similarly priced as today's FX series) or pay more for the intel route. Unfortunately imho AMD is not very viable today. It's not terrible but it's definitely better to go for intel or wait for zen.

HP Pavilion p007tx (i5 4210u, gt840m, 8GB DDR3 memory and a 1 TB HDD that makes cool sounds when booting up)

Since my laptop can't run modern games too well I use a PS4

Would the Intel G3258 4 Pentium 3.20 GHz be better that the AMD FX-6300? Because that is the only CPU I can afford without going over budget?

Most people would go with the intel route because you can upgrade it to an i5 or i7 later, and also the G3258 lets you overclock it in any lga1150 motherboard if im not mistaken

I believe the performance will the same or even better if the pentium is overclocked considering the fx6300 is equal to a haswell i3

Hey just a quick question, if I modified the CPU from the original design I had to be a i3 6100 would that be compatible with everything? Also thanks a heap for helping me here :)

Yes it is a bit annoying. So if I were to change the CPU from my base design from the AMD FX-6300 to a Intel i3 6100 would that be beneficial/compatible?
