Help me bridge router

I have a standard century link router and it is really slow the ping while playing games is in the 1000s and it's not playable I have use my hotspot to actually play an the lowest is like 200-400ping. I also have a net gear nighthawk x6 ac3200 Tri band wifi router which I got no clue how to bridge. Also the century link combo router and modem is a dsl combo it's called century link c1000z combo router and modem. I need help on how to bridge them. I'm 14 and have lots of knowledge about tech and stuff like that so plz help I'll understand.?
