What is your answer?
I got it to 26

This is how I thought:
Only thing different about the last blue flower is that it has 4 petals/leaves instead of 5.
The number of petals/leaves does not matter.
They are only there to mess with your mind.

If you use simple algebra/equation system then you get the answer 26.

Simple answer shown below:
y = red flower
x = blue flower 
z = yellow flower
y+y+y = 3y = 60
y+x+x = 30
x-2z = 3
x+z+x = ? = 26

Yes, it's 26. It's rather easy for me to do it in my head.
