Website elements positioning

So, I'm editing this website - http://www.taborniki.net/ - And I have a problem with how some elements are positioned.

On the main page the right-side menu and calendar are at the bottom of the page, but on other pages they're not.

How can I move them to the top on the main page.

(The language is Slovene btw :) )
