Over the last couple of months, I have been looking in to building a new PC. I will use it for gaming, video editing and rendering. I would like a cooler that can handle overclocking, unless the CPU doesn't support overclocking. My budget is 1000-1400 dollars. I only need tower and os. I would rather have a good CPU than GPU. I don't play that many games. I do extreme multitasking.

Will that cooler be good enough for overclocking?

Easily. In terms of performance it's on par with the NH-D14 and most AIO watercoolers.

Honestly, I don't know why it doesn't get more love in these forums.
