Microsoft Office Installation Errors

I am trying to install MS Office but it keeps giving me errors saying that the setup cannot write the value of xxx to the registry. I just ran CCleaner but it's still giving me the same error when I run the setup.

Have you installed any other version of office on this system, like 2003 or 2007? Are you upgrading to Pro Plus?

I am doing a clean install
