You have 3 options:

 

1. just short the 2 pins to start the PC

2. buy a cheap case and rip the PCB out to put in your case

3. buy a 2 pin button from radio shack and wire it in (will probably need to solder, take the 2 pin PWR switch cable from the PCB, cut it and solder the switch to those wires)
