so i was sent a game by my friend but i accidentally accepted it is there a way i can refund his gift?

please i dont want it and i want the money he spent on it

If you have activated the gift it's too late for him to get it back. There should be a way on his account to get it back. (do some googling as I have not been in such a situation) Hope this helps.

You could try this, don't know if it includes gifts thought.

You cannot refund gifts. As with all trades on steam, all trades are final.

Ask for the guys PayPal and send him the money the game is worth. That's pretty much the only way and it is outside of steam.
