Does one of these boards perform better with 4690k? I notice they are only $5 difference at micro center. I don't need to worry about crossfire/SLI. Also in future resell value would one maintain its value better? In 8-12 months I plan to upgrade.

Personally, I'd rock the Krait for the looks. Otherwise, they'll overclock the i5 4690K exactly the same.

Difference should be pretty much nothing, pick the one you like more for I/O or aesthetics.
