Does one of these boards perform better with 4690k? I notice they are only $5 difference at micro center. I don't need to worry about crossfire/SLI. Also in future resell value would one maintain its value better? In 8-12 months I plan to upgrade.

Personally, I'd rock the Krait for the looks. Otherwise, they'll overclock the i5 4690K exactly the same.
