Same Res Displays Different Screen Size

Hi i currently have a 30" TV for my main display and a 21.5" monitor for my secondary display both of which are native 1080p. I want to have a racing sim setup where i have the TV in the middle and two 21.5" monitors on either side (after i get the other 21.5" monitor) but i cant find a way to scale the image up on the smaller monitor. I dont mind if the screen stretches out on the top and outer corner i mainly want to align the bottom and scale it so the size of the image on the smaller monitor matches the size on the larger one. I own an AMD R9 290 so i use Eyfinity. Any suggestions?
