Best Passive Slim Graphics Card

I'm looking for some recommendations on the best passively cooled slim graphics card. I have 7.125 inches (18.1cm) to work with in the Lenovo Thinkcenter M81 desktop that I have.

 

I'd like to stick with a passively cooled card, but I'm open to a card that exhausts out the back. I currently have a Gigabyte GV-N210D3-1GI card in here.
