Do I have a PCIe issue

I have, but as for the drivers I also updated, BUT!, what i did as a final measure was use a tool to completely remove all previous drivers and files to that nature and reinstalled, and LOW AND BEHOLD, 80FPS!!! thanks for all the help brother, I got exactly what I needed done :D

 

I have an ASUS Z87-A

And i am using 2 gtx 980s in SLI

 

According to the specs of the PCIe slots, is the motherboard bottle necking my FPS performance ?

 

I am getting lower frams on SLI than I am with SLI OFF!!

 

please help, I have looked everywhere for some help.

 

Asus Z87-A Motherboard

CX750M PSU

2x MSI 980 In SLI

2 SSD 240gb

1 500gb HDD

Intel I7 4770k processor

16gb of ddr3 1600mhz ram

connected to 3 monitors, one being the predator x34 and 2 generics 1080p monitors.
