(HELP) Far Cry 4 keyboard issues

So I just got Far Cry 4 and I immediately ran into a problem. It seems I can only use the "E" key once. I have to alt tab out and then alt tab back in to be able to use the E key one time again. This is very time consuming and I would like to know if anyone has a solution to this problem thanks. :)

 

Obviously my E key isn't dead on my keyboard in case anyone asks.

 

EDIT: Solved it, seems like fraps is being a butthole, I closed fraps and it went back to normal.
