Hello ! I've got a issue with a new computer. So the problem is whenever I wan't to play a game the game is not running smoothly as it should. The games that I play are choppy. The game freezes for a mili second and then resumes. For example yesterday I played a game called heroes of the storm and if I play that game without v-sync enabled the stuttering would go crazy and it makes the game unplayable. But if I enable v-sync in nvidia control panel and in heroes of the storm the game runs more smoothly and it caps at 60 fps. When something big is happening on the screen like a fight the frames start jumping from 60 to 58 and sometimes even to 40 that's when the problem appears and the game becomes choppy and unplayable. It even happens when i'm in queue and the game finds a match it just freezes for like 1-2 second and the frames drop to 11-33 and then it resumes. This is less likely noticeable in games like cs:go or Fallout New Vegas if I play the games with v-sync enabled but because I wan't to play the game without v-sync (because its more enjoyable) I turn it off and then it just goes crazy. It looks something like this in this video but it's not so intense and it happens only when I move around the mouse.
