No, you should be fine even getting a 980Ti, there shouldnt be a bottleneck

Also reason I said to look there is because you can get extreme discounts on cards with small scratches and a dent that wont effect the performance, and even if it does effect it, EVGA will still honor their warranty

Its also really hard to bottleneck GPU's these days, I'm pretty sure an i3 won't bottleneck it
