What problems are you having that makes you think that you need to download things? Tell us this and we can tell you what software/drivers that you need to install.

Did you already update drivers and windows? fresh installs aren't always up to date

I need all downloads, Im scared that i will download the wrong things.

well windows would prompt you to update. Go to your gpu manufactures page and download the latest drivers
