Greetings.

I just finished a simple set of mods that made my desk a little more ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing- to my eyes, at least.

A little while ago, I was contemplating buying a new desk because of the unfortunate restrictions of mine- namely height and space. Ergo, I decided to attach a bitboard panel I had to the drawers and use them to keep the keyboard and mouse instead. I also used the stand for my old soldering iron as a makeshift mouse bungee that I daresay works rather well, and since I put away the ancient Samsung LCD monitor I was using as my secondary display, I finally had room for my audio interface from the other side of the room.

If you're interested in the pattern on the desk, it's a set of decorative dinner mats that I positioned beneath a pane of glass, as I do rather like the appearance (it shines in the top-down shot).

The music stand, which was previously taped to the smaller table where my case and UPS sit, is more or less a permanent addition to my tableside, especially now that I have another one to stick in front of my drum set when I have to read off charts.

I was rather pleased with how it turned out (yes, I know, I'll clean up the 'bungee' later. I thought it would be nice to show it to the community here at LTT. I hope you enjoy it!

Questions and critique are most welcome.

Regards,
Aereldor.
