Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 Overkill?

I was wondering if you guys think the Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 is a bit too overkill. Its 320$ Canadian or 229$ USD. It looks vary nice and would go along nicely with my NZXT H440 (White/Black). what do you think?

You don't need a $320CAD motherboard.

Get the cheapest motherboard that has all the features you need and want that also looks good.
