What to upgrade first

This is the list of hardware I currently have and I've been thinking about a new PSU because the one I have is really noisy.

• GPU: Nvidia Geforce 950.
• CPU: Intel core i5 4660.
• RAM: Hyper x Fury 8gb 1 stick.
• HD: Seagate 1Tb.
• SSD: ADATA 120gb.
• PSU: Coolermaster Elite V2 550w.
• Motherboard: Gigabyte B85M-DS3H-A.
• Case: Aerocool Strike X One.
• CPU Heatsink: Cooler Master Hyper T2.
• Fans: 6 120mm fans.

Psu, it´s a bad psu.

I have access to a cooler master extreme power plus 550w is it better or the same?

Worse from what I can tell. Give me a budget and website your looking to buy from?

I have no budget really, a friend of mine offered to give me his old psu, from what I can tell mi psu is capable of 360w max and the other one gets 500w.

Just a last question, I'll get a cooler master gm series and I don't know if I should buy a 650 or 750.

You could get away with 550, go with 650 to support a gpu upgrade later on.

Thank you, I can get both at the same price in different places, I'm going to take a gamble and get the 750, I also want to add more ram and a different unlocked processor later.
