Tv video driver help

I just downloaded the new Nvidia driver that was issued. And I'm like awesome never had a problem before but now my PC won't fit my tv screen it's cropped out at the at the bottom top and sides. Everywhere I go I check if everything is set to 1080p which it is but it's still cropping out. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver still no luck. Has anyone run into this problem?

Make sure you take a moment to look at your NVIDIA Control Panel.
Display > Adjust desktop size and position.
Then try messing around with those settings.
