The second option with a 5820k because the 5930k is absolutely unnecessary.

- ASUS X99 Deluxe - i7 5820k - Nvidia GTX 1080ti SLi - 4x4GB EVGA SSC 2800mhz DDR4 - Samsung SM951 500 - 2x Samsung 850 EVO 512 -

- EK Supremacy EVO CPU Block - EK FC 1080 GPU Blocks - EK XRES 100 DDC - EK Coolstream XE 360 - EK Coolstream XE 240 -

Welcome to the forums. If you are going to do NO gaming at all then go for a Quadro series graphics card. If you do want to do some light gaming/heavy now and again dont get a quadro and stick with what you have or with what other recommend.

EVGA 750 G2.

The G2 line by EVGA are my go to PSU's.  I've had the 750 and the 850 and I've never had a hiccup across multiple platforms and overclocks.

Tier list, it´s tier 6:

Anything from seasonic or xfx, g2, gs, or gq psu from evga is fine as well.
