Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum, I've just discovered Linus channel and this forum recently.

So, I'm building a new rig with this config:

i7 6700K

G.Skill Ripjaws V Series (2 X 8gb) Ddr4 3000mhz

Asus z170-E

I always do a google check for the component name plus 'error' 'issue' in order to find if those component might have some issue working together.

I've found a high amount of topics on other forums from late 2015 about PCs not booting and giving errors on memory, problems with XMP, error 53, and more.

I just wondering if anyone know about these problems, if they are still an issue or if they are fixed, etc.

Thank you!!

A lot of the BIOS updates on first run boards have ironed out RAM issues. If the RAM is on your board's QVL, and you're running the most recent BIOS revision, you should be just fine.
