Keylogger scare

so just a few mins ago i was browsing twitter like i do and my screen kept flashing to a farcry4 twitter thread so i decided to close my twitter window and open another because it was acting buggy, seemingly no big deal. i go to open a new Mozilla tab for twitter and when i clicked on it Mozilla opened a new window and continued this trend. after realising it wasn't going to stop i decided to close all of my mozilla windows and run malwarebytes, it found nothing. naturally i shut off my computer for a few mins and then turned my computer back on. i selected my account and typed in my password and it didn't work. i thouught i typed it to fast as i often do making mistakes along the way, it's fairly common for me. but yet again it simply didn't work. this is when i started to panic luckily after my last windows 10 revert back to windows 7 i have a spare non password protected account just sitting there. so now for me to get into my account that i normally use i have to log into the spare then log out then my other account opens fine with the password i have set for it. i can narrow it down to 3 sites that might have caused this and i will be sure to never use any of them again.

however to get to the point i need all of your help to get this glitch or keylogger crap off my system as soon as possible!

any and all help is greatly appreciated.

If it really is a keylogger i wouldnt feel safe til a clean install of windows, that could just be me though.

while that is a option i would rather avoid that at all costs. last year i had to reload my system 3 times and i would rather not try it again. especially since i have a working key and i don't want to have to find another. i have run ccleaner and nothing has changed. i also changed my password and it hasn't changed. i need help to fix this problem. if i must reload please leave a guide to how to back my drive up to another and how to go about reinstalling windows (if i must) with a good key.
