I love the NZXT cam software for the much more it can do but if you want something simple i would say Open Hardware monitor

HWMonitor is the best IMHO. It's made by the same people that make CPUID.

If you are looking for something simple try out CoreTemp. I use it and have the core temps displayed in my notification tray.
