OEM or Retail

I'm building my first gaming rig this week and I'm having troubles deciding what version of Windows 10 I want, either OEM or Retail.  If someone could explain in a 'noob friendly' way, that'd be most appreciated. Thanks, in advance!

I would go OEM but if you try and contact Microsoft they will say 'fuck off bitch, you dont buy retail this is what you get'

if you buy retail they will go 'oh hello there King, Microsoft customer support at your service we will do anything'

OEM I think ties you to the motherboard you used when you first installed. Retail you can still use if you upgrade your board in the future.

Just tell the activation team that you had to change the MoBo as the old one broke(i.e. replacement NOT an upgrade) .  They will re-activate 99 times out of a hundred

This build I'm doing this week is an AMD build and I'll be looking to build an Intel for college later on so I most likely won't be upgrading anything on this AMD build. So in that case, OEM should be my best option?
