A single drive. There's basically no benefit in RAID0 for a boot drive.

Pros:

- Faster transfers for large files

 

Cons:

- Theoretically double the chances of losing data

- Slower boot times (RAID controller and array need to initialise before booting)

- More power draw (admittedly, they don't use much)
