A Z170 motherboard. Try looking at some MSI and ASUS ones.

A Sapphire 390X will the best choice. The GIGABYTE cooler is subpar and it's voltage locked which makes it a bad choice. The MSI 390X is pretty good.

CPU cooler - A CRYORIG H7 or beQuiet! PURE ROCK as budget choices, the NH-D14/NH-D15 as premium air cooler choices, and the Kraken X61, Corsair H110i GTX as premium AIO cooler choices.

Any 650W (750W if you're overclocking both) PSU in tiers 1-2 from this list (tier 3 if your budget cannot afford them):

I went with the last-gen 4790K (faster than the i5 6600) in order to save money. I took that money and dumped it into an SSD and a GTX 980 TI. You can pick up a windows key over at the microsoftsoftwareswap subreddit for $20.

Im not in the US. currently in malaysia

so in my country it maybe a little bit high than the stated price.

if i buy online.. some of the parts are not shipping to my country and the shipping cost will a lot higher

some of the parts like the cpu fans perhaps not been release yet like the 212 evo..

keep list me some of the stated parts in my list so i could go survey some shops

its hard to live in this country thats some of the parts not coming in malaysia T.T
