Just a general hello to all! 

 

My name is Tom [go figure] and I work as a level 3 tech support rep for my local cable company! Due to social media regs I can't tell you which one but if you guys ever need help with your cable, I can definitely help! I'm a novice compared to Linus and his team but I can still fix a thing or two. Let me know!
