The amount you'll be able to overclock is unique to your setup. I would definitely read a lot more before trying anything. a simple google search nets a few helpful results.

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

All depends on how well you have done in the silicon lottery :) Do a quick google/youtube search to see what people have got with the card and try that :)
