Upgrading Help

Good Day Guys, I'm in need of a little help cause i can't decide whether it's worth to upgrade my current system to a newer one.

Here's my specs

P.S. I'm on a Tight Budget Right Now

 

Current System Specs:

Mobo: 960GC-GS FX

Ram: Kingston Hyper X Fury 16Gb DDR3

CPU: FX 4300

Storage: Hitatchi 320GB 7200 RPM

PSU : Seasonic SII 520W 80+ Bronze

Case: Aero Cool GT Advance Black

GPU: Zotac GTX 950 AMP! 2GB 

 

Planning Upgrade System Specs:

Mobo:  Gigabyte Z97M-DS3H LGA 1150 Motherboard (Black)

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 4th Generation 6M Cache up to 3.40 GHz 

SSD:  SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB Solid State Drive SDSSDA-120G

CASE:  Deep Cool Kendomen RD Casing

 

PC Upgrade Budget Around: $350 - $425

Save some money by getting a H97 motherboard instead. You cannot overclock that CPU with the Z97.

Exactly. The Z97 motherboard is meant for overclocking. The H97 is for locked CPUs (like the i5 4460 you want to upgrade to).

OIC I got confused cause the Z97 is much cheaper than the H97 Here at my country
