What is Wrong with my PC?!?!?!?!

Go to solution Solved by NeoFrux,

Looks like you're dropping frames. There's a long story as to what exactly makes up what you're seeing here, but basically, your GPU isn't decoding the frames fast enough and is dropping them from time to time to keep up without skipping. If you're using Google Chrome, try disabling hardware acceleration, and if you use Flash on YouTube, right-click the video and go to settings, and disable hardware acceleration there, too. Dropping back to software decoding/rendering will impose a CPU hit, but it's probably going to be more reliable until you get a dGPU going. You should also check your temperatures to make sure you're not overheating.

So I was watching YouTube and vessel, and this problem is similar on both sites... but attached is a screenshot of what my screen looks like while watching a video, I know it is not my monitor because it's just fine on anything else. Please help! I am considering buying a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti 4GB because my A10-7850K's graphics aren't cutting it for my anymore anyways.

Alright, BTW I'm using Integrated Graphics... Thank you.

Thanks so much! Disabling hardware acceleration worked!

Glad it helped! The thing is though, if hardware acceleration was the problem, your internal GPU is likely on its way out. You can try reinstalling the driver and re-enabling hardware acceleration to see if that helps, but if it's still bad, you should look into a new GPU sooner rather than later.

Okay, I was planning on a discrete gpu instead of integrated and going for an X4 860K from AMD and I guess a GTX 950.
