So I want the best laptop I can get for $800. Might be some gaming as in CoD4 and Minecraft but no BF3 or crysis. Mostly general stuff with content creation.

Requirements:

1: i5 or i7

2: dedicated GPU. Probably nvidia for battery sake.

3: as thin and light as possible.

4: around 15"... no 17" that's to big for me.

A touch screen is not needed but would be kinda cool to have.

A 1080p screen would be nice but at $800 I am not really expecting to have one.

there is this http://shop.lenovo.com/ca/en/laptops/ideapad/y-series/y510p/ but it's brushed aluminium. My friend bought this for collage because he is living in a dorm so he only bought for the power and price. not sure for long term, you have to research more on it if you want this one. Sorry :(

Does this look good?

You may beable to bring the price down if your go with a 14in model instead of a 15.5in

For CoD and Minecraft you dont need dedicated graphics but if he really wants them there is an option to add it

Also there is a cheaper version of the same build of laptop but the build quality looks alot worse http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/SYCTOProcess?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&LBomId=8198552921666564153&categoryId=8198552921644926998

I know that I do not need a dedicated card, but I have become so used to high fps that integrated Intel might not cut it for me. I'm not looking for a constant 100fps but something that can play 60ish constantly.

When I got mine there wasn't any bloatware

Ok that's good to know. I know how to remove it, I just don't want to deal with it. So being it didn't come with any is a nice thing to know.
