what is the max budget of the PSU?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Do this!

1.) Calculate the wattage draw of your components using websites like this :http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

2.) Choose a power supply that will be most efficient based on your estimate pc wattage. for example,27b-Efficiency-graph-Corsai.jpg

this RM850i will reach almost 93% efficiency on system load of 50%. Meaning on this 850watt PSU, I can be most efficient if I had a system that draws  425watt (50% of 850) during normal use.

that's how you choose the most efficient PSU for your system. :)

That system will hit around 220W under load so have no worries about wattage. I'd say check out the EVGA B2, GQ, GS, G2 and Antec HCG/Seasonic M12/G-series

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
