PC fail on startup.

Hello i have some issues (hehe)

 

Everytime when i come home and trying to start my pc (Cold start) this following thing happens

 

It powers up and showing the Motherboard screen. (Keyboard and mouse lights up)

 

The power drops and the pc stays dead for about 10 seconds.

 

Then the PC reboots itself but this time the only thing happening is that the motherboard screen doesn't go away.

 

If i want to start it from here i do a force shutdown (Holding down powerbutton). Now it's starting like a dream.

 

 

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz

Motherboard : Gigabyte H67MA-USB3-B3

GPU : AMD Radeon R9 200 series (R9 280x)

OS : Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

Memory : 8 GB Ram

Storage : 1 TB HDD   and 128 GB SSD

PSU: 850W

Try removing the battery, waiting 30 seconds, then putting it back and restarting.
