After asking LLT forums about the A10 7850K. I seems like it would now be a good time to get some help with a budget build for my little bro.

I try for a budget less than $400 CAD. This is what I came up with. I could probably get some funding from my parents. The goal is to keep prices as low as possible, while keeping the A10 7850K.

Why I picked those parts: (Would be nice if I could buy from Newegg or NCIX)
CPU: Well... mainly for its intergrated gpu. Allows my bro to stay with it for awhile.
Heatsink: I keep stock to keep price down, but was wondering if I should toss $20-$30 at a better heatsink.

Motherboard: One of the cheapest that was on the list.
Ram: 4gb should be enough for what he does.

Storage: 1TB might be too much tbh. No need for an SSD.

PSU: Randomly picked. Give me a helping hand here.

Case: Don't worry about it. :)

Backstory?
Walked into my brother playing League of Legends. First thing I did was look at his fps. He plays on a cheap laptop. He gets an insane 10-15fps.
Felt sad for him. Thought I would help him out with what little money I have. Plus, I wanted to build a PC.

Also, can I use his laptop as a monitor?
I have spare, so don't worry. Just wondering.

The only issue is that it doesn't take much of a gpu to be better than that apu..

For league, an a10 is fine.

Asap though, get something like a 750 or r7 360 in there so they can play games that aren't trash (WOOOOOOOOOOOO LOL NABS REKT /s)

When working with APU's, ram speed actually makes a BIG difference. In the budget managed to fit 8gbs of 1866mhz ram, which should do the job. Also, the initial buying price of the system is just over 400, I realize... However, the 60$ in mail-in-rebates is big enough at this low of a budget to make them a must do; allowing you to purchase a kick-ass cpu cooler (pure rock two from be Quiet!) to keep that a10 running at least semi-cool.

This is actually mostly a far better build than I posted.

Swap the seagate for a western digital, and for 30$ you can get a 8gb stick instead of a 4gb stick, and for roughly the same price you can get a superNova psu from evga that is semi-modular, higher quality internal components, and a much larger capacity allowing for a greater range of future upgrade.
